Dear Praying Friends:

SALVATIONS

We had two ladies saved this month on the same day. One came up to me afterward and said she had wanted to be saved for a long time and was very happy that she finally accepted the Lord. Galina, who lost 7 members of her family in less than two months, was very concerned about what would happen to her if she died. She has been coming to the church since December. Both started attending as a result of someone inviting them out. Praise the Lord we have some very concerned people in our church who have been witnessing to their friends and relatives.

LADIES MEETING

On Saturday night the twenty-third Susan got together with 40 of the ladies from our churches for their monthly meeting. Afterward, the ladies surprised Susan with a "thank you" reception, of homemade treats, expressing their appreciation for our ministry.

ENGLISH CLASSES

We have eight regular students taking English lessons two days a week. We use a rather unique method of teaching, as the only "textbooks" are a King James Bible and a hymnal. But the students are reading Scripture by the end of the third week. Praise the Lord!

EVOLUTION VS CREATION

Since the children learn evolution in school we are presenting the creation viewpoint and comparing the two. The children are being challenged to think for themselves and decide if evolution makes sense to them. We are happy to report that the Biblical account of creation is winning by an overwhelming majority. According to Ola, the youngest at age 3, "God did it!"

WEBSITE

We have seen a good response to our web page and we praise the Lord that all the work we did was not in vain. Thanks to those of you that have passed our address on to family and friends. We have received some nice email letters about the site. If you haven't viewed our website yet (www.1timothy4-13.com) or it's been awhile since you have, please check back as often as you can.
